One of the first coffees that showed me what specialty coffee could be was a Natural Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. Flatties tasted like blueberry yogurt cups and filters like blueberry tea. This was more than five years ago.
It’s rare these days to find that rare “blueberry yirg” bean. Where the vibes of blueberry and black tea come out the wazoo.  But this bean from Aricha Wubanchi hits that spot.
